Elite Hardwood offers free estimates.
Refinishing Services:
Our basic refinishing package includes Sanding and Finishing (two coats
of finish).
Additional service charges will be added for Staining, an optional third
coat of Finish, carpet removal, moving furniture and any floor repairs.
Buff and re-coat services:
Your floor may not always need to be fully sanded and refinished.
Sometimes many floors just need to be revived. Well then our buff and re-
coat service will do the trick. We screen the top layer of finish with a
floor buffer to remove any minor surface scratches and blemishes. Then
we apply one coat of finish to revive the look of your floors.

from your existing hardwood floor. This process sands your floor
down to the bare wood.
- Staining - Is the Process of applying stain (color) to your newly
- Finishing - The process of applying a protective coating to your
newly sanded hardwood floor.
